Yeah, it was great living at 53 when things were fixed fast and right.
Not like this place I am living at now, there has been this leak from the second floor bathroom that goes straight into the kitchen, causing the ceiling to slowly fall down to the floor. Also for like the past 8 years there has been a leak in the front hall, and there is this pile of sticks and tree limbs in the same spot in the back yard. Boy I wish I still lived at 53 where stuff like that was fixed fast.
At least there are no squirrels in the walls.
